It is a designated enterprise for overhaul of railway diesel locomotive bodies approved by the former Ministry of Railways in 2007. It has the ability to overhaul and medium-sized railway diesel locomotives. It has a complete quality assurance system and has passed the "ISO9001 Quality Management System" certification. After years of research and repeated demonstration, our company's professional and technical team has successfully developed "on-site overhaul and on-site water resistance technology for diesel locomotives without crossing the track".
Since 2013, it has successively carried out overhaul and medium-sized on-site repairs for diesel locomotives of China Railway First Bureau, China Railway Third Bureau, China First Heavy Industries Group, various companies under Shenhua Group, Baowu Steel Group, Pingmei Shenma Group and other units. Repair models: DF4B, DF4D, DF5, DF7C, DF7G, DF8B, DF10DD, GKD1A, GKD2, GK hydraulic transmission series locomotives. In December 2020, two technical innovation projects, "conventional diesel locomotive electronic injection transformation" and "locomotive power monitoring system installation", were approved. In 2021, the research and development was successful, and the DF10DD-0072 locomotive of Huaibei Mining Group was transformed. It was delivered for use after the transformation was successful in December of the same year.
